philippines,japan stamps of 40's mint

I have found several old stamps that are unused in mint condition. Never
used and the glue is still on them. They were in plastic in a book.
#1 Dark purple12 Centovas USof A Philippines Islands, Commonwealth picturing
Salt Springs. #2 Green 2 centaves with black letter O.B.Commonwealth of
philippines.Has picture of Jose P. Razil 1861 1896.
#3 Green 4 Centavos USofA Philippines with picture of women on beast/ox and
arm of grain/hay.

I have two stamp that are in Japanese #4 Green 2 centovas with worker
harvesting grain.
#5 Brown 5 centovas with two volcanos in the background.

A Japanese friend said it was philippine.

What is the best way of finding a value of these stamps
