Ink removal

The ink "20" on the front looks like it's been rubbed with an eraser resulting in the note looking worse and less desirable, and worth less. I once saw three of these notes for sale by the same dealer and all had this attempt at removing ink annotations, I wonder if this is one of them? Billy
