Obama heeded the call of his masters in the Kremlin and announced that the USA
would not use its nuclear weapons EVEN IF ATTACKED.
So go ahead Russia, bomb New York - Obama won't do a goddamn thing.

....This means that there's more pressure in countries like Iran, North
Korea, Syria etc to not have nuclear weapons. The opposite way, to try
and scare these countries did not work very well during Bush
administration did it...North Korea and Iran are on their way to develop
nuclear weapons ffs!
This is a great step forward to disarming nukes and preventing them
getting in hands of every country with maniac leaders or terrorist groups.

And...don't worry, USA is still very likely to use nukes despite any
treaties as it's the only country ever having actually used them. Not to
mention the more conventional weapons in it's disposal.

No country would be fool enough to actually attack USA. Obama is
fighting against terrorism and against nuclear weapons getting to hands
of questionable countries.

You do understand that if a terrorist group would use a biological
weapon against USA - USA still can't go and nuke a COUNTRY for revenge.
