Default Seeburg Midrange speaker connections

Hello, hoping someone can help out, I have a AY160, that I want to ad a
midrange (3rd speaker) speaker to,

The speaker is from a Q100, but I don't have the wiring diagram from
that juke.

Could someone tell me what termanals to connect the speaker to the
cross over unit to ?

Or, if you have a scan of a manual for a Q 100/160 speaker set up, I
would gladly pay for a copy.

Thanks-Dennis.

I don't have a manual handy, but I would guess you would be needing
the Stereo Network box from the Q, since it directs the high and
mid-range frequencies from both channels to that center midrange.
Did you really go in and hack out that hole in the grille board to
install that speaker? I have a pair of EBWC1-12 speakers for outboard
speakers on my AY, and they do a pretty good job of rounding out the
frequency response. Your center midrange sounds like a good way to
lose what little stereo separation the AY puts out!

HI Bob, No I don't have the box from the "Q" juke. I kind of suspected
I might need it.

I have not yet made the 8 inch hole,. I might be better off trying to
find a pair of tweeter's to install infrony of the 12 inch speakers.

I re-built the amp, just sounds like it's lacking a little at the
higher end ??

I wonder how the Q100/160 jukes really sounded with the 3 speaker
setup..

Dennis.
