Off topic...Ping Postmaster SNA

Victor, while going through some old stuff nI found a cover; Consulate-
General of Spanish North Africa to me when I was in the hospital
having my heart operation. It has the finger returning it to sender.
The odd thing is the envelope is reused, turned inside out with the
former address and postage on the inside.
My question to you; have you released some funds so hizzoner doesn't
have to reuse the envelopes?
Time to send it to Sir Rodney for the Santa Fennec stamp.

Even if I sent you one of our very precious SNA covers (actually with
pleasure but only after I returned home), you still won't know if the
participant that you fear upsetting will be around or not, and therefore you
will have a problem to share it with the NG.

It was the fact that he/she thought SNA was off topic
