Default RO Gripper arm position adjustment

I've noticed that on my RO1454, that when odd selections are played
(gripper arm on left side) the arm is level with the turntable. When
the arm is in the play position for even selections (gripper arm on
right side), the arm is not level like it is when playing odd
selections.

There is no problem with the gripper picking and returning records;
It is more of an appearance issue, but I also feel it should be
adjusted correctly.

I have looked at the Instruction Manual, and I am confused by the
language...I'm just not that familiar yet with it. The IM mentions on
page 4 "gripper arm stops" but does not show the location. On page 9
it describes Grip Cam Adjustments and limit switches.

I don't know what I should be looking for to make the adjustment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks again.
Mike

I'm trying to picture that but it's been a while. Is there simply a
rest the center of the arm lands on? I'm sure AMI has what I'm
picturing and I think R-O does also.
