Rock ola 1448 problem....tech question
I have a Rock ola 1448 jukebox. The mech magazine cage is always
turning and will not shut off even after all selections have been played. Is there anything I could do or check out to fix this problem? Everything was working 100% last time I used the jukebox. I did notice in the past after all selections were played the turn table would shut off and then the mech cage would do the same. Now the turn table shuts off,but the record magazine cage does not. Any help with this problem would be great. I have worked on Seeburg jukes in the past and have some knowledge fixing the Seeburg's. Thanks |

Vic - not sure if the mech is the same as the 1438-46 but if so, you can
eliminate the pinbank (drum) by disconnecting the single lead connector coming from the drum. If the magazine stops, then one of the clapper coils is staying closed or there is metal debris inside that is bridging the connection. If the magazine continues to turn after its disconnected, your problem is in switching or wiring. Mike "Vic Camp" wrote in message m... I have a Rock ola 1448 jukebox.
