Regards Blair G'day Blair, selling? stamp collectors don't sell, they HOARD :0) Looks like this little wood duck, through pure happenstance, managed to secure some "bragging rights" from Tuesday auction. It seems I have purchased for the amount of a beef pie, a Romanian collection in excess of GBP 500. I have been collecting Romania for 4 years, and at auction, I am the only bidder for Romania, you know, the usual CTO offerings, definitive sets, dime a dozen, crammed into chinese stock books. Well when I opened this lot on offer, I had to have a double take. There was not one CTO to be seen, they were all mint unhinged. I fidgeted through 350 prior lots, and missed out on 2000 West Aust earlies, because I thought I would need some cash for a bidding war. It turned out a fizzer and was knocked down to me for $5. I haven't even begun to catalogue what I secured but Jill was the bearer of good tidings one MS GBP 125 cat value. I won't be washing these http://cjoint.com/data/jbb42E61Qr.htm Cheers. |
