PING: big head

Hey there!

I sent out a "test" note this morning to the swap participants who have
signed up at this point. I copied and pasted each of the e-mail addresses
that were sent to me in the respective swap forms, and compiled a mailing
list from same. Unfortunately, yours bounced back to me with this message:

Larry I cant check that address from work, i will check when I get
home, But the email is still . I will see if I
can email you when i get home. Its weird I know i have 3 emails from
you at home in the past few days.

Maybe I typed it wrong on the form, can you compare it to the address
you have used that worked?

No, that's exactly the same as what you entered on the form. I just now
tried it again to that address...

Sorry, I forgot to answer your query in my last... just now checked and that
is the same address that I successfully reached you at a few days ago. I
think I'll sprinkle some salt over my shoulder and go out and bark at the
moon for a while. Maybe that will smooth this process out. ;-)

Hate to reply to myself, but will go ahead and use this thread for another
thought along this same theme. There are currently 43 of us who are ready to
roll in the swap. I was hoping to get a reply back from everyone yesterday,
but that didn't happen. There are still about one third who haven't replied.
I guess maybe some folks don't check their e-mail as frequently as many of
us, or there may be other reasons. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the
fun!
