FA: low mintage ( 6,571) 1937 Texas, MS Washington quarters, 1982 &1963 proof sets, 1917 Ty1 SLQ, VG
Listed tonight, all at $1 start, no reserve, 7 days, 14 day return
privilege, 1139 positives from 652 individuals, zero neutrals, 1 negative from a fruitcake, I tellya. 1937 Texas, mintage of 6,571, this coin was advertised as MS65 but I don't see the luster I expected to see so I am thinking it has been dipped one or four times to keep it white, but I am sure of nothing. It looks nice, just white and not strong cartwheeling luster on the obverse, actually faint obverse luster. Reverse looks more like I am accustomed for original MS coins, but with all that detail on the reverse, who the heck is going to miss a little luster? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=3037497238 A very nice 1963 proof set, a nice, er, a very nice 1982 proof set, a 1917 Type 1 standing Liberty quarter, VG with weak date, and four auctions with nice MS Washington quarters, 3 or 4 per auction, 1956-1964. The list; http://tinyurl.com/ex06 Bill |
