This seller has been around for awhile and is not informed duly that there
really is no such thing as an uncirculated Scottish note from before ca.
1970. The real comedic part of this is that some TPG company thinks the
notes are not pressed or treated either. Anybody that really knows these
things appreciates that they were folded in half by the time they got to the
bank, so the best you are going to get is something with a bend or a teller
flick on it. Otherwise the note is suspect of having gotten Billy's
personal fave chemical treatment and a visit to the auld steam press.
