NGC Question
I don't happen to own any NGC-slabbed coins, but I am curious. Does NGC
grade and slab problem coins, or are such coins rejected ungraded like PCGS does (or used to do)? I ask this after reading a major dealer's ad that includes numerically-graded NGC coins with occasional notes like "perhaps dipped at some time", "VF cleaned", and "environmental damage".
