IRC information
I had 6 unused IRC's since last April and they aren't usable, so I
went around the city to find out where to redeem them. The 5th Post Office took them and just exchanged for the new ones. I found the treasure trove of IRC's in Hampton Roads.... Denbeigh Station on the corner of Warwick Blvd and Denbeigh Blvd (not the smaller one, but the retail one). There are two offices right there.... it's the one in the plaza. They are FULLY stocked! The guy said they use them all the time.
