Default Irish stamp Scott 1569a

In my 2005 scott supplement for Ireland there is a space for a 48c Daisy
stamp 1569a [Flowers]. It does not say where this stamp originates. I think
it only comes from a gummed booklet. If thats so, there should be a note
beside the illustration saying "BOOKLET STAMP" Is this a mistake in
printing? or was this stamp issued in sheets? Any help would be appreciated.
Gordon

There are a variety of formats for this stamp.

The 48c comes in sheets of 16.

There is also a mini-sheet of one of each of the 4 stamps.
