This vintage RCA Transistor Radio, Model #3-RH22G, is in excellent
condition. It is from the late 1950s or early 1960s. It is in its original
leather case and includes the harder to find accessory kit the radio/leather
case fits into as well as the dual use earphone and operating instructions
booklet.
The radio measures 4 inches x 2 ½ inches x 1 3/8 inches and is complete and
works properly. It is a solid state radio having one thumb-wheel (on/off) on
the side and a large dial on the front for tuning. The side also has an
outlet for the ear plug. The front has a plastic perforated grill finish and
says (RCA Victor) on the bottom half. The radio is an aqua-green color. The
back is a greenish-white plastic. The inside is very clean. The inside label
is clean and very readable. The radio takes one 4-volt battery. I have had
the radio checked out and it works and fully functional. It is in excellent
condition. The radio fits into a leather case that has a carrying strap.

The radio and case fit into a larger vinyl case that measures 5 inches c 6
inches. This case has a brass snap button catch. This larger case
accommodates the dual ear plug (with instruction sheet), and RCA operating
instructions booklet.

The radio and cases are all in excellent condition.
