Oh wow, the government doesn't like people making counterfeits,
passing them off as real currency, or stocking them (apparently
as the same). I'm so surprised.

Now, how many times has this been used against immigrant
collectors of contemporary counterfeits or other items collected
in a non-fraudulent way?
