Rowe ami starlight error exists
I turned on my jukebox and it says error exists in service mode. I initialized CDs to see if that could be problem but no. On the regular mode a 0 is on the screen and it won't play any music. Can someone please give me advice.
Thank you Monica |

If everything fails, you can always open the CPU, remove the lithium battery, put a new one, and start from scratch. Some times a clean memory helps a Rowe to start fresh. regards Damian |

If you have recently replaced the battery then instead of 0 press 1 and Clear the errors and try again. You go back service levels by holding Reset and tapping Popular. The "0" on start up in run mode means you have no credit. You can set the machine to free play by going into Service mode, press 5 (Pricing), then 5 again. Should show something like "Free Play Off" - Hold Reset and tap 9 and message should change to "On" from "Off". Now press Popular to enter that change and turn off Service and restart the machine. Should now show "Free" on the display, assuming everything else is good that is.
