In case you haven't noticed, the two don't mix. Regular postings go into a
tailspin when all people see here is abuse.

Why not save the "antics" for the alt.flame newsgroups and keep this group
for what it's supposed to be?

Why now make good on your previous vow to leave this group and never return?
It was a much nicer place without you.

And this makes your contribution to civilized discussion just what exactly?
You are a great one for making rules for others to follow that you seem to feel
free to ignore.
So why don't you stop using this NG as a forum for flaming me and follow your
own advice?

I believe that's called irony. No, Bob, I will leave the flaming to you.

You say:

I stand solidly behind those who desire civilized discussion

All I am asking is that you prove it. Taking it as a signal to start whining
that I'm flaming you isn't really a very good start, is it?

Now, got anything civilised to discuss?

Yes, let's discuss what a hypocritical, pretentious blowhard you are.
Constantly whining about the lack of civilized discussion and then using any
attempt to flame me and anyone else who won't conform to your self-imposed
"rules".
How do you live with yourself?

And your contribution is what exactly?
You flame and insult and seem to think you have rights no one else does.
Your hypocrisy is monumental.
