WWI Era Half Cut Waist Length Wool Overcoat, New & Unissued

This 1935 Transitional WWI-WWII Half Length Waist Wool Overcoat is in New,
never issued condition that came out of a warehouse. The coat is size 40L.
It is of a mustard like green color, all wool, and has all labels (size and
quartermaster). The coat is waist length measuring 31 inches long. It has 2
large front pockets with flaps, 3 large front buttons (flat mustard color)
on each side, and a wide wool waist belt. The coat has the size tag (Size
40L) and paper tag (Garment Code Authority, Code License No. 242891, Lot) on
the inside collar. The inside pocket has the quartermaster label that says,
(Rafkin Bros., New York, N.Y., Contract No. 669, E.C.F. 509, Jan. 16, 1935,
Spec. No. U.S.A. Tent, Dec. 7, 34, Phila. Q.M. Depot). The coat is
absolutely mint condition with no wear, tears, or stains. All buttons are
present. I have seen many long length overcoats, but this is the first half
length coat I have come across. This coat is very heavy. This would add
nicely to any WWI-WWII transitional outfit.
