FTC and Goddard Rarities

I would like to know if the Goddard Rarities settlement with the FTC has gone through. Has anybody been able to recoup any money from either the owner, Dennis Goddard or Jim Burg?? If so, please help me take the right steps in trying to recoup some of the money lost. We were really ripped off. THANKS!!!!! I have nothing to do with the matter but I bought a car from him recently, he sold me a complete piece of crap. I guess some people never change. The new business is a dealership in Los Angeles on Venice Blvd. Good luck.
