Waterman Preface "Piedra de Rosetta" (Rosetta Stone)

I have a Waterman Preface Rosetta Stone (or maybe Piedra de Rosetta,
as it states on the box) fountain pen. I've done a million searches
about it on the web but got no results.

It has "1799" written on the top of the cap. It is black with the last
phrase of the rosetta stone written, in the three languages, on the
sides.

Does anyone heard of it before? Is it a spanish only limited edition?
Do you know some places where I can do some more researching about it
(and other waterman limited edition fountain pens)?

I think it's an spanish limited edition, just like the patrician codex
(which was sold also in Portugal).
