Default Turntable basics?

Has any one done business with this company?turntablebasics,I sent
them a idler wheel all most two weeks ago and they don't reply to My
emails as to if they ever received them or not, I didn't know if it
was a double wheel or a single wheel so I didn't know how much to pay.
thanks for any help they ony list a fax number, and I don't have a way
to fax them.

their fax number is 651-286-0533 if you can help Me on that.

Office equipment, photocopying places and most post offices (In AUS)
will
send a fax for a fee, and probably receive one too if you ask.

It is extremely normal for email to be ignored, that is a standard
business practice
I find.
