WISCOPEX Lure of Hobbies Cover

The Wisconsin Federation of Stamp Clubs is offering a cacheted cover
in conjunction with the theme of WISCOPEX '04 to be held on April
24-25 in Iola, Wis., USA. The multicolored cachet features two
fishermen and a muted bobber to portray the theme of the lure of
hobbies. The cancel features a fishing lure. Covers will be franked
with a single fish stamp from the Pacific Coral Reefs issue.
