Default FS: Very rare Chuck Dehaan western print "Foggy Mountain 'Wait"

I've a recently discovered print of western artist Chuck Dehaan
entitled "Foggy Mountain 'Wait". This print is numbered out of 650, is
the first commercial print release by Chuck (in 1979), and is
considered his rarest, with an estimated gallery value of $3000. A
researched insurance appraisal will likely be in the $3000-$4000
range. There is an unframed one currently on ebay at $1250, with the
reserve met (auction may be closed by the time you read this).

This large print is framed and matted, in an older, heavy carved
wooden glassed-in frame, and is absolutely beautiful; it depicts a
cowboy upon a horse waiting in the fog for it to lift. This print was
never reprinted in any form whatsoever, nor will it be. The original
certificate is taped to the back of the frame and is in good
condition. Both the print and the certificate are signed by Dehaan.
The print has not been removed from the frame, and appears perfect,
with no signs of aging.

I do not wish to deal with the nightmare of selling art via online
auction, and am only seeking a very modest $850 OBO. Would make an
outstanding large piece for a western-themed restaurant, store,
gallery, a centerpiece for an antiques gallery, or a very nice print
in a nicer home. Pictures are available upon request. This piece is
both large and heavy, and will very likely need to be either picked up
in Jacksonville, FL, or shipped via FEDEX, at the buyers expense. Will
be happy to deliver within 300 miles of the city of Jacksonville, FL
for a negotiable fee to cover gas.
