Default Noonie found in circulation

Received a 1999 'Noonie' as change. This is a special edition of the 2
dollar loonie made to commomerate the addition of Nunavut as a Canadian
territory. I wasn't aware we were still adding territory.
Also called sometimes 'vootie' for the name of the territory called
nu-na-vut. This hobby is addictive.

It was split off from the Northwest Territories.
