Default Shill bidding?

The following lot has a person with 0 feedback bidding 13 times on one
item from a seller
with a -2 feedback. The seller's three other items (all different kinds
of material) have the
same bidder. Apparently this bidder likes only items from one person! I
thought ebay had
software to catch this sort of thing.

I might understand if the items were all related, but c'mon:

A book on college writing.
A memory stick.
A coin.
Another memory stick.

Looks to be the same coin auction RW provided. And look who the sole bidder
is. Ebay is combating fraud? Yeah, and the Brooklyn Bridge is for sale, too.
