$1000 FRN
I have a chance to purchase a $1000 FRN but recall reading (maybe in Bank
Note Reporter) that there has been recent cases of counterfiet bills on the market. This note is raw and I was wondering if there were any thing I could check to see if it was genuine or not.

Well, there are the obvious things (does the paper feel "right", is the printing sharp, etc.) Also, does the person allow you to return it in a reasonable amount of time? take care, Scott
