$100,000 1934 Gold Certificate
A friend of a friend found a crashed plane in the jungles where he
lives, not in America. In the plane he found several $100,000 bills. He described them and they sound like it's for real. Now I figure they must be real, as it was illegal to posses these so why would you want to counterfeit these. He want's to send me a few to sample and see what they are worth but he don't want to get me in trouble in case there still illegal. I'm calling the Department of the Treasury tomorrow to see if it's legal to posses these. If they are legal he's going to send me some, but I don't know what to do at that point, can anyone give me some ideas? |

It is my understanding from past research (about 1966) that the $100,000
notes were only authorized for interbank transfers within the USA. There are many reproductions of those notes, in particular serial number A01230199A. Sorry. "S. Freud" wrote in message ... This is exactly the kind of response I would expect from a troll.
You need to brush up on your typing skills as well as your trolling skills. It's "you're" not "your", and it's "can't" and not "can't'", and it's "I'm" and not "i'm". Billy "S. I see, my grammar isn't perfect so I'm a troll. Who the **** made you
boss. This is a public group. The story I have is true, I got this news group from a web site, said this is where to go for these questions. If you don't like people coming here and asking questions, then change the web site, otherwise shut the **** up asshole. I been using agent and news groups since 1996. I know there are a lot of assholes like you out there, say what you want, it don't matter to me. I just came here to get some advice you dick!! Like I said, if you don't want to help, then why are you responding? On Wed, 13 Apr 2005 21:16:04 GMT, "note.boy" wrote: This is exactly the kind of response I would expect from a troll. Like I said, if you don't want to help, then why are you responding? Couple of things: First, since you've been around newsgroups since 1996, you know that a sure way _not_ to get answers is to start ****ing off regulars. Second, with all your experience, you should know that people don't necessarily "come" to a website to ask questions in a newsgroups. Some access it that way, but then they don't use Agent, they use a newsreader. Also, Billy doesn't own Yahoo, so he can't change it. Third, with your vast years of experience, you know that each newsgroup has it's own "culture". Some are rowdy, some are not. Profanity is acceptable in some. Generally, it is not here. My guess is that the vast majority of readers are not impressed that you can type the "F" word. I bet there are a lot of people who could help you, including me. I hope they choose not to. Scott |
