Default Burning Stamp Collection - Proper?

Oxfam in Canada sells stamps. What more reputable or worthwhile
charity than that can you find?

Default Burning Stamp Collection - Proper?

OXFAM is run as a business, and does not appeal, since not working locally.
They also do NOT have interest in selling large stock, only in farming out to
dealers.
