Default 1840 1000 Bill?

Seeking information and value of a $1000 bill bearing the likenesses of
the founding fathers and reading: Seventeen months after date The Bank
of the United States promises to pay "G.W. Farman" or order one
thousand dollars in New York, Philadelphia Dec. 14th, 1840...

Pictures of this promissory note? available upon request...

Thanks,

JIM
