Default New Irish stamps SG Cat. Numbers

Can anyone tell me if SG issues a cat. # with each new issue?
And if so, where would I find it? Scott gives their Cat. # in their monthly
magazine for all new issues from all countries.

Gibbons Stamp Monthly used to do this,
but I don't know if it still is in print.

Just be aware, late numbers are not etched in stone,
I found when cataloguing SG via new library editions
back in 2002, the last 100-200 numbers invariably changed.
That may not be the case now however.

It is still in print, and it still does list new catalogue numbers -
though I think they're provisional, until the next catalogue appears.
