Glen Robley Pencil Collector Lyons, Nebraska

I reccently acquired a lot of 50 (one for each state) mechanical
pencils in a vintage pen briefcase and one of them may have been a
personal signature pencil of the person who put the collection
togwther.

It reads GLEN ROBLEY Pencil Collector Lyons, Nebraska

It also has a red CONOCO logo on it. The clip reads LAUDER CO USA

Anyone ever heard of this guy?
