W2900 selector keys not working
My selector keys no longer work after I tried to load 50 songs one
after the other. I can however, manually cue each song by actuating the selector pins. What happened? I can't locate a blown fuse. |

Does it go thru the motions (latch coil pulls in , selector keys latch, selection system runs, but no pins pull) ?Not sure about the 2900 , but the 3200's had a circuit breaker in the pin coil circuit. Usually on the junction box. You push it to reset it. Ray |

Do you have a service manual? If not, you need one. www.alwaysjukin.com has them. Couple things you can look at/try. There are leaf switches in the keyboard unit that make when the selector buttons are pushed in & they start the selection cycle. If your machine has the plug-in relays(white and red) you can reseat them or swap them around. Don't swap the red with white - they are different. Don't have a 2900 manual, so I can't advise you beyond this. Maybe someone with a manual can chime in on this. Ray |
