Try watching an NFL game now. Every season they add more commercial
minutes.

It's become an advertising marathon- interrupted at times by a football
game.

That's where you are dead wrong. A scoreless draw can be a very
exciting match.

Addle-brained, ADD American need to see scoring like they need to
shovel junk food into their mouths.

This doesn't apply to baseball though, does it? I've gathered that low
scoring games are more likely to be regarded as great games than high
scoring ones.

Only by the purists. The mass media love the homer-filled games; more
highlights to show. "Chicks dig the long ball" and all that.

Same as everything in the US. Radio no longer exists unless you pay for it.

Yes it most certainly applies to baseball. It's almost unwatchable
now. No strategy, stealing, bunting, hit & run. It's way too easy to
hit a home run, all of the parks are tiny now. It's a ****ing joke. I
was Citizen's Bank Park last night- what a bore. No one can pitch,
run, steal or field. It's ALL about the home run, now-- they've even
juiced up the ball (the MLB denies it, but they are simply lying).

MLB peaked 30 years ago. The game was never better than it was circa
1975.
Now it is unwatchable ****. Like the NBA, NFL and NHL. All ruined by
greed.
