Default First Flight Envelopes

I recently acquired a first flight envelope with two Trans Pacific Air
Mail stamps. The was postmarked Guam March 8, 1939. First Flight of
the Boeing Clipper.

Anyone have an idea where I can determine the value of this item.

Condition is a determining factor.
I think only a dealer or experienced collector could give a useful opinon.
At the same time. I wouldn't sell without a second opinion.
