SFS: Pair of CD bubblers in Dallas Tx
The juke market in Dallas is dead right now. Is it dead everywhere else?
Normally, very nice working OMT's sell within a couple of weeks and will go for between $3500-$4000. Well it's been a couple of months now and I still have a 50CD OMT and a Rockola CD8 Nostalgia. Was hoping to avoid Ebay but am considering marketing them there now. Let me know if anyone is interested in these, really need to move them. pics available Mike |

Mike,
I saw the pictures you had posted & they both look very nice. I think maybe because they are the 50 cd version hurts the value. But I personally think they should be worth $3500 any way you look at it. Of course anyone that would have to ship has to add another $400. That hursts too. If I lived in your area I would offer $2500. I am a cheap guy though. Are you taking Paypal payment? Maybe that would help. Hi Steve - thanks. They are both in really great shape and I have spent time
and money on the parts to get them that way. I'd consider PayPal - the fact that the OMT is an older 50 CD model hasn't seemed to hurt sales here in the past. When I tell folks that current models have a 100 CD carousel, most of them tell me they dont even have 50 CD's to put in it. Also, the dealers around here arent hungry enough yet and most are firm on $5800 for new units Regardless of capacity, the Rockola is a 100CD unit and I was sure it would be a fast mover. Am going to run them one more time in the local paper this week. If nothing happens, I suppose I'll try Ebay or possibly consign them and see what happens. Mike "Steve" wrote in message om...
