What does this mean?
A buyer tells me "please send the paypal request"? Do they want me to
send them the URL to paypal or ? Should I suggest they just go to the auction and click on the paypal logo?

Perhaps they want you do to a "request payment" type transaction because they do not have to be a Paypal member in order to pay by this method. Click the "Request Money" tab on the main screen. Eric
