The published lines are a kind of a cipher called; the
One Time Pad or OTP and is theoretically impossible
to crack. The code complies with a software which may
be found in internet at address;

--- http://www.practicalotp.com/

Statistical randomness tests show that the code which
is produced by the stated software has a characteristic
format; 80 character in width, random HEX block.

These guys are distributing the software free of any
charge. During about one year time, their program had
been downloaded by more than 800 users. I think these
codes are produced by one of them....

Although I know that it is very difficult or impossible
to crack an OTP code, I'm still trying to find some weak
points on it.

If you have an idea about how to crack such systems, please
report it to technical community or US officials and tell
them about your project. Then you will make a great favor
for the mankind because an uncrackable coding system pose
quite a serious danger for our world. If you want some
encyclopedic information on OTP's please refer to the
following address:

--- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_time_pad

Remember that amateur cryptologists (like me) had made
greatest contributions to the science of cryptography,
you may be one of them.

Lets hope, there is no any harmful plot against our
civilization, for now and in the future.
