need some iHelp on an ami-g-200 jukebox
i am having problem with my selection on k 19 and 20. all other
selections work fine but when ever i select k 19 or k 20 it always selects k 1. i have been watching the selector in back when selecting . when i select k-1 it works fine. its just the last two numbers in the k series. all other selectione are fine. also is there a way to clean the selector pins on the back. i have them all freed up but some are still a little stcky. all help is appreciated. thanks norn in missouri |

As it steps around to the higher numbers, the tension on the reset spring and associated parts increases with each step, and if it gets too much for worn or wrongly adjusted parts in the ratchet and toothed wheel , the stepper ratchet can "miss" and the stepper can "jump" back, and go back to the start position (ie '1".) The fact that you mention K is also interesting as IIRC it is the highest letter, and therefore the stepper for that will be at the highest position and maximum tension too. Check that there isnt some "reset" being made to happen by mecanical means. IIRC there is a coil at the bottom that resets both steppers watch this in action while selecting, and if necessary adjust according to manual or replace/repair parts. |

I need a G200 belt for the scan control but do not see any parts from USA companies, just Netherlands. Any body know of a domestic supplier?

Check with a local supplier of oil seals for hydralics, etc. They should have o-rings that are the right size - have you enough of hte old one for sizing?
