1974 Kennedy

During a two year period I found three of these coins in circulation.
One coin
was probably stolen and cashed in at a bank. Another example was so
badly
damaged near the date and mintmark that I cashed it in rather than keep
it.

It's for sure that 1974-d Kennedy's have been "searched" years ago for
the DDO because I've gone thru mountains of them and found three.
Further proof of this can be found in discovering dramatic machine
doubling
examples on the reverse. Someone is being selective about what they
keep
when they go thru such rolls.

It will be a different world we live in when Kennedy's are fully
appreciated by
coin collectors.
