If the reports of behind the scenes politics are true wouldn't the
board know who
to select to present the kind of result they are looking for?

If I were an employee of the ANA I would be very nervous participating
in something
like this despite any assurances that all of the information is
complete confidential.

Sometimes responses to questions can help to identify who it is coming
from and
this kind of information should be destroyed after a survey and no
trace of it
left at ANA headquarters.
