Default RCSD - New Issues

Whilst searching my new issues dealer for joint issues I noticed there
were 199 listings for 5/1/09, no joint issues, however there were 15
Nations with the Peony Flower.
This seems a bit much for this topic on a single listing.
There other popular topics that have even more. like Boy Scouts where
many Nations jump on the bandwagon with their own versions.
As for the Peony stamps, not very pretty as far as I am concerned.

For your appraisal.

Yep Rodney, I have these. I had them listed as Joint Issue with Japan.
Never did mate them up.
These are very nicely done, unlike the crude aforementioned ones.
