My error: 2002-A Guadalupe Street, PO Box 212.

An address, which--funnily enough--appears in the fraudulent domain
registration for stonemirror.org, as anyone who knows how to run a
WHOIS query can verify.

Fancy that!

If I recall correctly, there was also some talk that "Amy/Luis/whatever"
might possibly have submitted a falsified voter registration form by
using a PO box as a place of residence, which might explain the desire
to move to another state.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!

You seem to be laboring under the mistaken opinion that I actually
give a ****. Mainly, what you've done is demonstrate what a
hypocritical little whiner you are.

See, you don't mind trying to post anyone else's personal information
anywhere you can get away with it, but once you find yourself
confronted by someone who isn't even slightly cowed by that, and who
turns around and does you the same favor, you freak out and go running
to LJ Abuse. "Oh, boohoo! My _privacy is being invaded!_" Poor JASON
CHRISTOPHER HUGHES! Poor LUIS M. ARSUPIAL!

Baby.

You attempt to post _my_ name and employer, but when it happens to
_you_ in return, the first thing you're looking for is a
rec.collecting.books _moderator_! Why don't you write to the President
of the Internet?

I have many, many points of presence; keep your eyes, for example, on
extinct-marsupial.org...

Yes, you recall correctly. "Luis M. Arsupial", perjuring himself,
listed that PO Box as his "residence" on his Texas voter registration
form.

I had an Austin friend go over to the courthouse and get me a copy of
the order to change the name of JASON CHRISTOPHER HUGHES to LUIS
MANUEL ARSUPIAL. On the petition, Mr. HUGHES/ARSUPIAL once more lists
that post office box as his residence, again perjuring himself as well
as perpetrating fraud upon the court. He's clearly broken the law in
these two instances.

No worries: I'll be posting a scan of your petition to change your
name, showing your fraud upon the court, on extinct-marsupial.org very
shortly. I guess you can try to explain _that_ away.

As for the fraudulent voter registration record, it can be seen by
anyone who cares to look at

http://www.traviscountytax.org/showV....do?vrc=183669

It shows the Guadalupe Street address listed as your residence, but
you've claimed that "212" is an _apartment_ number rather than a post
office box at a mail drop.

You've unquestionably perjured yourself, both here and in your
petition to change your name.

Perjuring yourself on your Texas voter registration is, as it turns
out, a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by fines of up to $2000, six
months in jail, or both. I suspect the penalties for perjuring
yourself on a petition to change your name are a good bit more severe.

Okay, from the look of things, your lies on your petition to change
your name are, minimum, a Class A misdemeanor (up to $4,000 in fines
and a year's imprisonment) and, possibly, a felony in the third degree
(up to $10,000 in fines and 2 to 10 years in prison).

I should give the Travis County Court a call. Fleeing to evade
prosecution probably earns you bonus points.

Just keep on whistling past the graveyard there, JASON CHRISTOPHER
HUGHES aka LUIS M. ARSUPIAL. It's trivial to show who's the liar, and
it's obvious to anyone reading who's raving. And trust me, you're not
helping yourself here one little bit if your goal is to make yourself
appear saner than I am.

Taking the apparent position that I've somehow inveigled the Travis
County Tax Office into supporting my "fantasies" certainly doesn't
help.

I'd guess the prospect of several years in state prison and fines of
over ten grand might well be motivation enough for someone to move
more than halfway across the country, on a sudden "whim".

Huh, we'd thought you meant that you were going to finally shut your
piehole, not that you were going to make _scores_ of "further
