It seems to me that the Congo doesn't have the luxury of picking only
those means of raising funds that would satisfy amateur ethicists.

I quite agree ... especially given an offshore product, but these were
the same cretins that sent us their unwanted sculpture of a dude in
drag laughingly known as the "Statue of LIberty". As far as I'm
concerned, the mint should melt it down for the coin shows to sell as
"pedigree cents".

However, the domestic 9/11 tribute issues are no less despicable than
anyone (or any thing) attempting to profit from the post-miseries of
deliberately staged disasters.
