I don't see it either. I shut down anything that I have running resident on
the chance that it might be blocking the graphic but nothing showed up. Why
would two people bid on something they can't see? Trusting souls they must
be.

The link to the picture is invalid.

You can always check by right clicking on the image, select
properties, and the location of the image should be displayed. Then
insert that location into your browser. The result of this link is
"Error 404 - File not found".

Has anyone said so to the vendor. It is simple to mistype
the picture address when setting up Ebay lots.
