This looks like a chrome and blue ``microwave oven``

What can you tell me about this ?

Probably one of the background music system models. Seeburg sold
categorized sets of records to go with these units to match the "mood" of the
location (e.g., a piano bar, a restaurant, etc.). The player was
non-selective; it simply looped through the stack of records, playing each in
order until the machine was turned off. I don't remember if the units came
with an internal amplifer or if they were intended to be connected to an
outboard unit.

Yes, and the records were made specially for the machine. I think they
played at around 16 RPM. I worked on a couple an old boss had, but that
was close to 20 years ago. There isn't a lot of interest in them,
especially without a supply of records.
