Seeburg STD4 not enough volume fixed
Well at least on my equipment the old thread is gone . Anyway i am at
the end of the restoration of a very sharp condition Seeburg STD4 machine . It looks almost like brand new ! I posted about the volume being ok and loud but not as loud as any other jukebox . Soooo when i got around to moving the volume control to the front i started looking into the problem . Some things are to simple and ok i have only seen 2 of these STD4`s so go easy on me ... I noticed where the speaker wires go on the amp they screw to terminals and i noticed a row of screws with numbers and discoverd that is the output power for the speakers . I moved the wires over to the #50 screw and now it rocks and blasts ! great nice deep bass & all . |
