lightbulbs for nsm cd jukebox

does anyone know the proper watts and type bulbs for the nsm series cd jukeboxes. i have a galaxy and i know there are others that are the same box with a different name. i need to know the type of bulbs that go on either side of the cd changer and below the cd changer. also if anyone knows which starters go with the bulbs that would help out alot, thanks

I know that the two flourecents on each side of the changer are 12"
bulbs and require FS-2 starters. If one goes bad, they both go out. I
just replaced them on a Galaxy CD box. They are cheap enough to just
replace them both. The bulb above the title page is a skinny 21" lamp
but I can't remember the bigger bulb in front of the CD changer.
