Default Wow, amazing roll find

h0h0h0. I got a GREAT roll find today. My fiancee is doing
some travelling this weekend, so I figured I'd go get some
half dollars to root through, and give her the rest to use as
toll. My credit union usually has a good stock, but ive never
gotten anything really good before. She came back with 2 rolls
when I asked for three. Then I noticed the 2nd roll was a $20
roll, not their typical $10 rolls. It was being held together
with some very old, yellowing, scotch tape. And not doing a very
good job at it either.

I brought it home. Jackpot. The latest coin in the roll was a
1971. I got 3 clad coins, and th remaining 37 are all 40% silver.

I can't in good faith spend these or give them to the girl. She'll
have to find her toll money some place else

You owe a finder's fee, IMO. Nice catch! Anytime you get a bank to hand
you $26 for $20 you are doing well.

You did give the teller $20 for the $20 roll didn't you? I've never
seen halves in a $20 roll myself.

YEah. I was very surprised to see it in a roll like that. I've never
seen them packaged as such. And with the amount of tape on it, it
obviously hadnt been openned in a long long time

I'm missing a lot of messages, but that roll
must have been Silver Dollars, he just didn't look
close enough. :-)
