unless they are in especially fine bindings or have some associational
value - eg they were the property of a famous person - old bibles,
good-looking as they often are, have little monetary value usually. there
were simply so many of them printed, and so many have been well preserved
by families, that there is no scarcity value.

if it's in exceptionally good condition and has no sentimental value to
you, you -could- try it on ebay - there are some buyers for handsome old
books, even common ones (empirically it seems to me that market is
strongest, for rather obvious reasons, in countries which didn't have a
strong indigenous publishing/printing industry at the time the book was
issued). we've done reasonably well with some 18th-century books of common
prayer, for example. but i wouldn't hold out too much hope.

If it is a family bible and has some family history included in the
family tree section that most of the old bibles have then you would do
well on ebay to list it as having family history information and
listing the names. Many people turn to the old bibles for
genealogical reference.

Age alone (at least not the age you specify) will not be the determining
factor. If your Bible was, e.g., a Catholic Bible printed in the U.S., then
it would be more valuable to Bible collectors and early Catholic Americana
collectors. If your copy were of the first translation into a particular
language or the first book printed by a interesting or prestigious press or
the first book printed in a particular geographic area--any of those factors
could increase its value.

So perhaps you have gotten the point: more information is necessary to
answer your question.
